As Chief Compliance Officer for Global Operations, Ayesha is responsible for developing the strategic plan for monitoring effective business operations, including all Compliance Risk Management programs, Fair Trade, Operations, Strategy, and Administration.

Ayesha manages teams responsible for all aspects of Risk Management, including identification, analysis, modeling, reporting, and governance for various types of risk, including Credit, Market, Operational & Technology, Model, etc.

Ayesha holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree from UOP.
